in the United States, we intend to build by Japanese method using high quality yet
low price
imported components. The designer's apartments provided by Airy House are self-designed

住宅政策が貧困と嘆いてみても始まらない、小さなことから、日本の住宅を良くして行きたい

建築家の妻と、親から受継いだ土地を役立てたい夫が、1996年に会社を設立しました。

It is no use to regret the poor houses
in Japan due to poor housing policy. We should improve
Japanese houses from small points. Airy House was built in 1996 by Architect and
her husband,
who would like to utilize lands
inherited from his father.

材料費が高いこと、家を立てるのに色々な職種が必要なこと、多層構造になっている
ので中間マージンが大きくなること などが、日本の住宅が高い理由です。個人輸入の
要領で、自分で海外から家一軒を買えば日本で建てるよりずっと安く買えます。
でも不良品や、 後々のメンテナンスを考えると、個人で買うのは少しリスキーです。

of high price of Japanese house are high cost of housing components, too many
specialists required for building house, high margin due to multi-layer sales systems,
etc. You can buy
a house from abroad much cheaper than building it in Japan, like personal shopping
from abroad.

at a suitable time of the life, where people can enjoy the high quality of life.

to buy own house at the younger age with the possibility of moving. Another factor
